Oil Lubrication Pump

Application

• The intermitternt oil supply pump can be operated by accurate control of digital timer AMGP-01A series lubrication pump have two type One is AMGP-01(F) type can be used in combination with proportional distributor(DB, VB type), and the other is AMGP-01AF-T type which can be used in combination with AMGP-01AF-T type.
• With digital control system, the operating function is indicated on operating panel by number and sign. It has elegant external appearance and easy to find out functional fault.
• Both interval time and discharge time setting are easy and accurate, and proper discharge volume at proper time is possible. When interval time is not properly set, motor is over heated and can not operate. So proper interval time should be set for ideal operation.(minimun interval time : 2min~10min)
• By the oil level sensor, buzzer rings when lever goes down, It also has terminal connecting the buzzer to outer control system(AMGP-01AF, AMGP-01AF-T03-T)
• With a feed button switch on front side of pump, it's easy to remove air in the pipe right after the pipe is installed. Using this button, manual oil suplly is possible.
• This is suitable for machinery tool, printing machine, grocery machine, fabric machine, injection machine and other industrial machinery.
